Services by appointment only.

Clients must wear a mask while in the salon.

No additional guests or children allowed. Only the client receiving services will be allowed in the salon.

Upon arrival, please text 469-737-8691 and wait in your car. We will text you when the stylist is ready to take you.

Because we are in very high demand, a cancellation fee will apply to any no-shows or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice.
*You will receive a confirmation email after booking. If you do not receive an email 30 minutes after booking, please call us to ensure it was booked properly. 469.737.8691
*If this is your first time visiting us or if you are unsure what service to schedule, we highly suggest that you call to book your appointment to ensure it is booked properly with the correct timing.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Day-of cancellations and “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team member’s schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
