Your Appointment: What to Know
All haircut services include a shampoo, cut, and styling. If you are uncertain about your desired look or if you are contemplating a significant transformation, we highly recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation.
If you are unsure about which service to book, please feel free to contact us to ensure that your appointment is properly scheduled with the appropriate time allocation. Please be aware that if an incorrect service is booked online, there may not be sufficient time to accommodate your desired service.
Cancellation Policy

Because the services are reserved for you personally, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Appointments made on the same day must cancel at least four hours before the appointment time, or this will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
